Founding partner Chris Seeger is a finalist for Plaintiff Attorney of the Year. In 2023, Seeger had an unprecedented run of success, finalizing major settlements on behalf of injured plaintiffs in complex cases. In his role as co-lead counsel, Seeger negotiated a more than $6 billion settlement to resolve the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Litigation. He also reached settlements worth more than $533.5 million in the Proton Pump Inhibitor Litigation and an uncapped $600 million agreement to settle economic loss claims in the Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level Pap, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Litigation.

Partner Parvin Aminolroaya, who was recently appointed co-lead counsel in the Glucagon-like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists Litigation, was selected as an Elite Women of the Plaintiffs Bar Award winner. Parvin joined Seeger Weiss in 2008 and has proved her value as a skilled litigator, helping lead some of the most significant and complex mass tort and class action cases.  Notably, she served as co-lead counsel in the Elmiron (Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium) Litigation which brought compensation and justice to women for their injuries using the product. This award is a testament to the incredible work Parvin has done throughout her career at Seeger Weiss.
