This guide marks the fourth consecutive year that Seeger Weiss has been ranked, and this year, the firm is rated in Band 1 of the Chambers USA Product Liability: Plaintiffs guide. Band 1 is the highest ranking that a nominee can achieve and is based on technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client. Partner Dave Buchanan was also ranked in Band 1 for Product Liability: Plaintiffs, marking the 10th consecutive year Dave has been featured in Chambers’ annual guide. Dave’s Chambers page remarks that he is a “renowned trial lawyer who has acted on high-profile cases including opioid litigation, pharmaceutical cases and consumer products.”
One of our newest partners, Ben Barnett, was ranked in Band 3 for E-Discovery & Information Governance. Ben has made the Chambers’ annual guide for 12 consecutive years. According to his Chambers profile, Ben is “regularly called on to advise on data governance strategies.” He is also said to be a key attorney for “advising on discovery issues arising in major litigation matters.”
