Nigel is a litigation associate at Seeger Weiss LLP, where he has practiced since 2020. Prior to joining Seeger Weiss, Nigel clerked for the Honorable Tu M. Pham, Chief US Magistrate Judge for the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Nigel was a summer associate with Seeger Weiss in 2018.
Nigel earned his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School in 2019, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and received scholastic excellence awards for his performance in Civil Procedure, Complex Litigation, and Professional Responsibility. While in law school, Nigel served as a research assistant for Professor Brian Fitzpatrick, one of the country’s leading scholars on class action litigation. Nigel was a managing editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment & Technology Law.
Nigel earned his B.A. from Hendrix College in 2016, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received the Dr. John A. Zeigler Law Award and the Dr. and Mrs. F. Marion Tolleson Prize.
